Julie is a Pilates instructor, nutritional coach, and personal trainer who works with clients that are having trouble sticking to their routines. Julie’s mission is to provide a supportive community that works together to encourage each person’s goals. She wants people to get stronger, healthier, and more confident while enjoying that reach for each new goal. Personally, Julie is a wife and mother to 3 grown children. She found her love for weightlifting in high school and continued to be a part of the fitness industry her whole adult life. Her journey started with her first certification in group exercise in 1992. She has been working in the fitness industry since then in many different capacities from instructor to director. She holds 3 degrees in Communications, Accounting, and Secondary Education, as well as a minor in Psychology. She feels all of these educational commitments have helped her become a better trainer, coach, and entrepreneur.

Pilates, the founder of this transformative discipline, originally coined it “Contrology”; in the early 20th century. However, it became universally known as Pilates. Joseph believed in the profound connection between physical fitness, mental health, and spiritual well- being. Pilates was born out of his vision to nurture the body, mind, and spirit in unison. While Pilates has evolved and integrated scientific advancements in anatomy and physiology, the core principles and movements established by Mr. Pilates have remained steadfast, ensuring a timeless and effective approach to wellness.

    Our nutritional services kick off with an initial consultation and a comprehensive health assessment. Following the consultation, we provide specific testing and create a plan designed exclusively for you. We believe in customized solutions, not one-size-fits-all programs. Each recommendation is meticulously crafted based on your initial assessment and objectives.

    Strength Training is important for maintaining or increasing muscle. We approach resistance training as a circuit of exercises that will optimize your strength while also increasing the heart rate. Not only will you increase strength, but you will also increase your cardio endurance with this type of workout.

    We tailor our services to meet your unique needs. Whether you are joining us for Pilates sessions, strength training, or seeking nutritional guidance, we prioritize your individual journey. In either our one on one Pilates sessions or Personal Training sessions, we commence with a comprehensive health assessment.
