Metabolic Testing
We test your resting metabolic rate (RMR) for an accurate reading of how much you burn at rest in order to gage the calories we will prescribe depending on your specific nutritional goals. This is a breathing test that is performed with specialized equipment.

Body Composition Testing
We test your body composition to discover your fat to muscle ratio. In combination with the metabolic testing, we can then prescribe the calories and macronutrients specific to you (simply the proteins, carbohydrates, and fats that make-up our diet) and continue to monitor your body composition on your journey to reach your goals.

Accountability
Initially, we will meet weekly to ensure that you are moving toward the targets that we set. Unlike fad diets or quick fixes, nutritional counseling focuses on long-term sustainable changes. By working with a coach, individuals can develop healthy eating habits that they can maintain throughout their lives. This approach promotes lasting results and helps prevent the cycle of yo-yo dieting.
